Chhimek Laghubitta (CBBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 10 decided to propose 44.3354 percent dividend to its shareholders
The company will distribute 27.1186 percent stock dividend worth Rs 320 million and 17.2168 percent cash dividend worth Rs 203.15 million to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) is set to issue 50 percent right shares.
