The company will distribute 15 percent stock dividend worth Rs 36.3 million and 11.32 percent cash dividend worth Rs 27.3 million to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 278.3 million.
