The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 17 decided to propose 15 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
Previously, the company proposed to distribute 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
