The company will distribute 38.60 percent stock and 2.03 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
In the previous FY, the company distributed 40.5 percent stock and 2.13 percent cash dividend.
