Unnati Microfinance Proposes Dividend

Unnati Microfinance (UMB) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 18 decided to propose 40.63 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The company will distribute 38.60 percent stock and 2.03 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.

The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.

In the previous FY, the company distributed 40.5 percent stock and 2.13 percent cash dividend.
