Machhapuchchhre Bank Calls Out AGM on October 11

Machhapuchchhre Bank (MBL) has called out its 21st AGM on October 11. The 404th board of directors meeting of the company held on September 19 decided to call the AGM in Hotel Pokhara Grand, Pokhara, Kaski at 11:00 AM.

The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward the merger/acquisition process, appoint foreign strategic partner and amend Article of Association and Memorandum of Association as per the directives of regulatory bodies.

For the AGM, the bank is closing its book from October 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
