The bank will distribute 1.22 billion as cash dividend to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of R 10.38 billion. In the previous FY, the bank distributed 6.85 percent stock and 1.00233 percent cash dividend.
Mega Bank signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gandaki Bikas Bank for acquisition on September 25.
The banks are to decide swap ratio on the basis of DDA report. As per the fourth quarter report of the last FY, the joint entity will have deposits of Rs 112 billion and loan extensions of Rs 98 billion.
