The bank will distribute 6 percent stock and 10.84 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
In the previous FY, the bank distributed 15.79 percent dividend including 5 percent stock and 10.79 percent cash dividend.
Presently, the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 8.44 billion that will reach 8.95 billion after the bonus share distribution.
