The bank is conducting its AGM on October 24 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The meeting is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 15.26 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting has listed a special agenda of merger and acquisition of potential BFIs. For this, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward the process.
