The company will distribute 12 percent stock and 0.632 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to the shareholders. The dividend is receivable by 150 percent right shareholders to be issued from November 10. The company is issuing 2,430,093.75 units of right shares at a ratio of 10:15.
The proposed dividend and right share are subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM of the company.
After the bonus share distribution and right issue, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 453.6 million.
