Garima BIkas Bank (GBBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 234th board of directors meeting of the company held on October 31 decided to propose 17 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 16.15 percent stock dividend worth Rs 450.3 million and 0.85 percent cash dividend worth Rs 23.7 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have recorded big fall on May 20.
