The company will distribute 20 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 5.70 billion after the bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the company has called out its 23rd AGM on November 24. For the AGM, the coampny is closing its book on November 13, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 12 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
