Himalayan Distillery (HDL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company decided to propose 102 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 50 percent stock and 52 percent cash dividend including tax to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to the approval from its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have continued downfall on October 27.
