Himalayan Bank (HBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 377th board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 14 decided to propose 22 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 10 percent stock and 12 percent cash dividend including tax to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
