ICFC Finance (ICFC) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 254th board of directors meeting of the company held on November 13 decided to propose 13 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 5 percent stock and 8 percent cash dividend including tax to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold price has continued to fall while the silver price has increased on March 24.
