Standard Chartered Bank Calls Out AGM

Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) has called out 33rd AGM on December 9.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 22 percent cash dividend worth Rs 1.80 billion to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will approve financial reports, appoint the auditor and amend its article of association and memorandum of association.

In this matter, the bank is closing its book on November 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
