Sana Kisan Laghuitta Bittiya Sanstha (@SKBBL@) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 361st board of directors meeting of the company held on November 23 decided to propose 28.684 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 27.25 percent stock and 1.434 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
