The company declared of distributing 20 percent stock and 11.579 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. As per the company, it will distribute major portion of stock dividend from its share premium. The short amount will be distributed from the profit of the last FY.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 102 million. It is distributing 20 percent stock dividend worth Rs 20.4 million in which it will distribute 10.9 million from share premium fund and the remaining Rs 9.4 million from the profit of the last FY.
Meanwhile, it will distribute 11.579 percent cash dividend including tax from the net profit of the last FY.
