The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 15.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from December 16-29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.20 billion that will reach Rs 1.50 billion after the bonus share distribution.
