The company will distribute 18 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its 27th AGM to be held on January 9 in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
For the AGM, the company will close its book from December 25-January 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
