The company will distribute 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purpose. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM ON January 12.
For this, the company has announced of closing its book on December 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
