The stock exchange adjusted the stock price at Rs 492.64 after adjusting 7.38 percent stock dividend.
Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is conducting its 5th AGM on December 25 in Panchakanya Banquet Pvt. Ltd, Banepa at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will approve a merger proposal with Chautari Laghubitta on a swap ratio of 1:1, maintain promoter and ordinary shareholders ratio of 1:1 in the joint entity and expand functional areas.
Moreover, the AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 7.38 percent stock and 0.42 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 60 million that will reach Rs 64.4 million after the bonus share distribution.
