The company will distribute 5 percent stock and 11.32 percent cash dividend including tax to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion that will reach Rs 1.05 billion after the bonus share distribution.
