Srijana Finance to auction unsold right shares

Srijana Finance (SFFIL) is set to auction 320,742 units of unsold right shares from December 23.

The company is auctioning 208,523 units of promoter and 112,219 units of ordinary shares that went unsold during its issuance.  

Earlier, the finance company issued 2,764,692 units of right shares at a ratio of 10:6 from October 4-November 22.

It has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager. The interested bidders can bid for the right issue from Sunrise capital at Kamalpokhari, all branch offices of Srijana Finance and Biratnagar, Pokhara, Birgunj, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Sunrise Bank.

The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units for ordinary shares and 1000 units for promoter shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.

Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 400.6 million that will reach Rs 641 million after the capitalization of the right issue.
