The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
The company is conducting its AGM on January 9, in United World Trade Centre, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
In this regard, the company is set to close its book on December 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
