Sindhu Bikas Bank (SINDU) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 268th board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 1 decided to propose 12.09 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 11.513 percent stock and 0.575 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
