Goodwill Finance (GFCL) has doubled its dividend rate in the last FY compared to the previous FY. The company that distributed 5.23 percent dividend in the previous FY has proposed to distribute 10 percent dividend for the last FY.
The 345th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 18 decided to propose 10 percent cash dividend worth Rs 80 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
