The local bourse has adjusted the stock price at Rs 166.36 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend.
The company is conducting its 8th AGM on January 12 in Celebration Height, Sukedhara at 11:00 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distribution 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will amend issued and paid-up capital in its article of association and policies and delegate authority to BOD to make necessary changes as per directions of regulatory bodies.
