The 64th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 22 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 0.23 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM. The company is conducting its AGM on January 14 in Naxal Banquet, Naxal.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 30 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
The company will close its book on December 31 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
