Nepal Insurance (NICL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company held on January 8 decided to propose 7.89 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 5 percent stock dividend worth Rs 54.7 million and 2.89 percent cash dividend worth Rs 31.7 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from IB and its upcoming AGM.
Citizen Life Insurance (CLI)’s announced dividend has been cancelled.
