The 73rd board of directors meeting of the company held on January 7 decided to call the AGM on the date.
The meeting will endorse a special proposal of issuing initial public offering and delegate authority to BOD in this regard.
Moreover, the meeting will approve the appointment of an independent board member and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
