The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 11.32 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend the article of association and policies, appoint an auditor and approve financial reports of last FY.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 24, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 23 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion, which will reach Rs 1.05 billion after the bonus share distribution.
