Sindhu Bikas Bank (SINDU) has postponed AGM scheduled to be held on January 14 in Sindhupalchowk Chamber of Commerce, Bahrabise, Sindhupalchowk.
The AGM has been postponed due to insufficient quorum for the conduction of the meeting.
The meeting was supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 11.51 percent stock and 0.57 percent cash dividend.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
