The local bourse adjusted the stock price at Rs 400.95 after adjusting 5 percent stock dividend.
Prabhu Insurance is conducting its AGM on February 7 in Prabhu Complex, Tinkune, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 11.32 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend the article of association and policies, appoint an auditor and approve financial reports of last FY.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion, which will reach Rs 1.05 billion after the bonus share distribution.
