Aarambha Laghubitta Earns Rs 8.1Mn in Net Profit

Aarambha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (AMFI) has increased its net profit by 217.56 percent to Rs 8.1 million in the second quarter of the current FY compared to the corresponding period of the last FY.

Increase in net interest income and operating income can be attributed to an increase in net profit of the company. The company with Rs 64.4 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 17.3 million.

During the period, the company collected deposit of Rs 183.9 million, borrowed Rs 424.5 million and extended loan of Rs 616 million.

In the review period, the company earned net interest income of Rs 23.9 million and operating profit of Rs 12.8 million.

During the review period, the bad debt of the company decreased to 1.24 percent compared to 2.73percent of the last FY. The company maintained EPS of Rs 25.43, P/E ratio of 20.79 times and net worth per share of Rs 126.94.
