Central Finance Calls Out AGM, Book Close on February 11

Central Finance (CFCL) has called out its 23rd AGM on February 28 in Nepal Prasasanik Prashikchyan Pratisthan, Jawalakhel at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Similarly, the meeting will appoint an auditor, approve annual report and delegate authority to BOD to amend policies as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.

In this regard, the company is set to close its book on February 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
