Premier Insurance (PIC) has informed Nepal Stock Exchange that it will not distribute dividend for the last FY.
According to the company, it could not distribute any dividend to its shareholders following the preparation of the financial report as per the NFRS format. The 277th board of directors meeting of the company held on February 20 took the decision.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
