Shine Resunga Development Bank (SHINE) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 214th board of directors meeting of the bank held on March 14 decided to propose 15 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute stock dividend worth Rs 393.4 million to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
Salapa Bikas Bank has allotted recently issued initial public offering (IPO) to the general public on January 9.
