Given that the government has banned gathering of more than 25 people in a bid to curbe spreading of corona virus pandemic, the bank decided to postpone the SGM until the further notice.
Previously, the bank was supposed to conduct the SGM on March 23 to endorse a proposal of acquiring Sahayogi Bikas Bank.
