Swabs of the deceased were tested at the Rapti Academy of Health Sciences, Ghorahi, said Dhurba Kumar Pokharel, chief of health section of Mandabi rural municipality.
The man of the rural municipality-4 died while being transported on an ambulance to a hospital in Butwal.
He was suffering from respiratory problems. Initially, he was admitted to the Academy. Meanwhile, preparations were underway to bury mortal remains of the deceased at the rural municipality-4 with the help of an excavator.
