The AGM is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company is set to close its book on June 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
