Andhikhola Laghubitta calls out AGM

Andhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (AKBSL) has called out 3^rd AGM on July 6 in Hotel Gaunbesi Waling-8, Syangja at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend the article of association, elect two directors and appoint an auditor for the current FY.

The trading of the company that is in the merger process with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta has been suspended from December 22.however the company will close its book on June 22 for the AGM purposes.
