Prabhu Bank starts auctioning 2.8 Mn units of promoter shares

Prabhu Bank (PRVU) has started auctioning 2,810,000 units of promoter shares to its existing shareholders from July 5.

The interested shareholders can bid for a minimum of 100,000 units to a maximum of all shares.

The bank has quoted a minimum price of Rs 122 for the auctioned shares.

The interested shareholders can bid for the shares from Muktinath Capital, Hattisar, Kathmandu till July 20.
