The auction will start on July 27 till August 3. The interested parties can bid for the a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager. The interested parties can bid from NMB Capital as well as Biratnagar, Birgunj, Hetauda, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, Jhapa, Janakpur, Chitwan, Baglung, Dang, Mahendra and Dhangadhi of NMB Bank.
