Nepal Finance Calls Out AGM of 8 Years at once

Nepal Finance has called out annual general meeting (AGM) of eight years at once following its release from the problematic list of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). The company called out the AGM in Yellow Pagoda Hotel, Kantipath at 11:00 AM in August 27.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 175 percent right shares of the current paid-up capital. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process with suitable partners.

The meeting will also approve annual reports, financial statements, profit and loss accounts, balance sheet of the FY 2068/69 to 2075/76.

In this regard, the company will close its book on August 10, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 9 will be eligible to attain the AGM.
