Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company (@ AHPC@) has obtained approval from Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue 100 percent right shares.
The Commission gave the approval on July 31.
The gold price has taken a u-turn from the peak while, the silver price has hit new record on October 10.
