NEPSE urged broker to avoid visiting its premises; suggests to work online

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPS) has urged brokers not to visit its premises. NEPSE is set to provide digital services in an effort to reduce the spread of the COVID-19.

Issuing a statement on Tuesday, NEPSE urged brokers to reduce their physical presence as much as possible and send required documents in digital form (PDF file) via email.

Similarly, NEPSE directed the member brokers to send the bank guarantee submitted to their bank through the bank itself and inform NEPSE by email.

Likewise, the stock exchange has directed the brokers to collect all documents regarding promoter share trading and submit them to NEPSE.

Moreover, NEPSE has asked the listed companies to pay their renewal fee digitally and inform about the payment in its listing department.
