594 new cases of COVID-19 detected in Nepal including 120 in valley; Death tolls 99

Nepal has confirmed 594 new cases of COVID-19 on August 14.  With this, the number of COVID-19 cases has totaled 25,551 in the country, of which, 7,913 are active cases.

Out of the total number detected today, 83 cases are from Kathmandu, 7 from Bhaktapur and 30 from Lalitpur.

Similarly, in the last 24 hours, 240 patients were discharged from hospital after recovery from the deadly disease. The number of recovered cases has totaled 17,077 in the country.

As per the ministry of health and population, Nepal witnessed 4 additional deaths from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. With this, the number of death has reached 99 in the country.
