Liberty Energy starts issuing IPO to general public

Liberty Energy Company (LECL) has started issuing initial public offering (IPO) to the general public from August 19. The company is issuing 25 percent primary shares of its issued capital to the general public.

The company is issuing 3,564,930 units of shares (including 1,315,930 unit unsold shares issued to locals of affected area) to the general public.

The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 10,000 units of shares at a price of Rs 100 through all ASBA approved BFIs. The issue will close early on August 23 and lately on September 2.

ICRA Nepal has assigned ICRA NP IPO Grade 4 to the issue indicating below average indicators. The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
