Mirmire Laghubitta that is headquartered at Kavrepalanchowk District, Banepa Municipality acquired Nagbeli Laghubitta headquartered at Jhapa District, Birtamod Municipality following which the joint entity is starting the joint transaction.
Both companies approved the acquisition proposal from their respective SGM held on August 4.
NRB gave final approval to the acquisition on August 9 while Company Registrar Office gave approval for the joint transaction on August 19. The joint entity will be named Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and will be headquartered at Banepa Municipality.
