The meeting will endorse a major agenda of changing the share structure of the company. Currently, the company has maintained a share structure of 80:20 of the promoter and ordinary shareholders. The meeting is set to change the share proportion to 60:40.
Moreover, the meeting will elect four directors. In this regard the company is closing its book from August 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 27 will be eligible to attain the AGM.
